Production
In order to provide personalized products, we use made-to-order production; this also allows us to meet our goals for sustainability and reduces the environmental impact of our small business.
Current production time can be found on the website banner; we work hard to get your order on it's way to you as quickly as possible, while ensuring we take the time needed to handcraft exceptional products. Orders are produced in the order in which they were received.
Reduction of Environmental Impact - Waste from overproduction is a major contributor to environmental destruction and pollution; by producing orders as they're received, we're able to remove this waste from our business completely. Orders are shipped directly from our production space as well, eliminating the pollution from transportation to warehousing facilities.
When you make a purchase from Mongrel + Mode, you can rest assured you're supporting a sustainability focused, environmentally conscious business. The mad- to-order process helps us to not only provide you with superb products, but allows us to do so without causing unnecessary harm to the environment.
Shipping
After production, orders are shipped M-F via USPS. If you need a different carrier to deliver, please reach out to us prior to ordering at support@mongrelandmode.com. For all orders within the U.S., shipping is on us.
If you're outside of the U.S. - you're still in luck! We will ship anywhere in the world - please visit the 'International Orders' page for shipping information; there is a small overage fee for international orders that varies by location.
